Return Eligibility
  • Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect their order upon delivery and validate the product in all aspects.

  • Cosmetic items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Electric items are covered under the guarantee/warranty as mentioned on the product page and are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if found defective.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

  • Any customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

Refund Process
  • Once a return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
